For some background introduction information on toy rotations see my first toy rotation blog at by clicking the link.

Last week’s toys and books:

We loved all of the pretend play we did with the community helper toys. Aryi especially loved the fireman outfit. He has been obsessed.

This week’s toys and books:

We are taking a small break from playing preschool this week. I will have a little bit of a winter and music theme.

Bells (Lovever) – Music

Baby Doll (Lovevery) – Aryi has been a little aggressive lately. I brought out the baby doll so we can maybe practice being gentle.

Counting Penguins (Knowledge Crate) – These are winter, but also great for counting and color recognition.

Stacking translucent blocks (Kiwico) – These are just fun.

Music Kit (Amazon) – Music

Drum (Amazon) – Music

Megablocks (Amazon) – Aryi has been loving blocks, I was not ready to put them up.

Block Set (Lovevery) – Aryi has been loving blocks, I was not ready to put them up.

Scale (Lovevery) – Aryi didn’t understand this last time it was out. I was hoping maybe we could try again.

Puzzle (Lovevery) – Aryi loves this puzzle. He has too much fun.

Mr. Potato Head (Gift) – Aryi likes figures and emotions, so this is always a fun toy to pull out.

Christmas Basket Toys – Christmas spirit

Christmas Books (Library) – Christmas spirit

Check out my playlists for alphabet and number videos that are fun for kids.

Sensory Bins:

Dinosaurs (Knowledge Crate) – I will be leaving this out indefinitely.

Weather (Knowledge Crate) – I will be leaving this out indefinitely.

Christmas Bins for December:

Red and Green – This basket has green and red beads and pipe cleaners for stringing. Aryi has been loving stringing things lately.

Hot Cocoa – Aryi can make us hot cocoa cups.

Penguins in Snow – This basket is a snow storm of winter with penguins, snowmen, snowflakes, and trees. I put in a tong for fine motor skills.

Find and Count Penguins – Find all the penguins and put them on the ice. Make snow men. Let the snow fall.
