Breakfast – 07:30am – Oatmeal and yogurt
This is a staple in our home.
Snack 1 – 09:00am – Teething biscuit and ½ pouch
Aryi was really hungry this morning.
Lunch – 11:00am – Red beans and rice
Leftovers from Monday Red Beans, a Louisiana classic. Anything with rice makes my little man happy.
Milk – 12:00pm – 240mL/8oz whole cow’s milk with vitamin\
Snack 2 – 03:00pm – Cheese-its
My mom got Aryi addicted to these. I keep some in my bag for if he needs a snack while we are out. We went grocery shopping and he did need them. He thought it was funny to give a few to the check out girl. She played along.
Dinner – 05:30pm – Avocado toast and one sausage link
