What My 19 Month Old Ate Today 12.4.2023

I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us. Aryi is teething so bad today. He has multiple teeth coming in. He felt horrible all day and did not eat much of anything, but I still offered plenty of food. Hopefully he is feeling better tomorrow and can eat like his normal self again.
Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Oatmeal with dada
Saroj let me sleep in and gave Aryi some oatmeal for breakfast. It was a hard weekend.
Snack 1 – 9:30am – Chicken in a biscuit crackers
Crackers in a cup in the store. A classic.
Lunch – 11:00am – Turkey and vegetable meatballs with Mac and Cheese
My husband made some turkey and veggie meatballs according to my directions. They have broccoli and carrots in them. I gave him 3 of those with some leftover Mac and Cheese my husband warmed up over the weekend.
Milk – 12:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Snack 2 – 4:30pm – Pouch
Dinner – 06:00pm – Leftover shrimp fried rice and rotisserie chicken
Milk – 07:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
***It was a rough day. I barely remembered to take pictures today, and the ones I got were awful. But, I still wrote this down as I went, so I’m going to post it anyway.
