What My 21 Month Old Ate Today 1.23.3024

I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us.
Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Egg, Croissant, and Fruit Salad
Aryi has been liking eggs a lot more these days, so I wanted to make him just a plain egg. I got croissants on sale, so I added half of one of those to the plate. Aryi has been eating strawberries and mange, but this fruit mix had kiwis in it, so I wanted to let him try it. He loved it.
Snack 1 – 10:00am – Animal Crackers
Aryi needed a snack when out and about. I gave him a little pack of animal crackers.
Lunch – 11:30am – Spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread and peas
Meatballs are always a hit. Aryi ate this up.
Milk – 12:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with Vitamins
Snack 2 – 04:30pm – Orange and Bar
Aryi asked for oranges, so my husband peeled 2. They shared both of them. Then he had a bar.
Dinner – 06:00pm – Shrimp Yaki Udon, Shrimp Fried Rice, and sushi
We went to a Japanese restaurant for dinner. Aryi just had a little of everything. He loved it all.
