What My 22 Month Old Ate Today 2.15.2024

I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us.
Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Indian Leftovers: Butter paneer, eggs, and nan over rice
I am a strong believer that breakfast does not have to be breakfast food and dinner does not have to be dinner food. I was excited about these leftovers, so we had them for breakfast.
Snack 1 – 9:30am – Bar
Snack 2 – 10:30pm – Animal Crackers
Lunch – 11:30am – Spinach Tortellini with Meatballs and 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with Vitamins
Snack 3 – 04:30pm – yogurt and fruit pouches
Aryi was super hungry. He sucked down 2 pouches.
Dinner – 06:00pm – Shrimp, Chicken, and Peppers over Rice and 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Aryi is eating more and more these days.
Aryi is taking his second and third milk in a regular cup with a straw now during lunch and dinner. We are trying to transition one cup at a time, so there isn’t this drastic change. He is doing great. I know the last morning cup is going to be the worst. He likes to drink it while laying in bed, then take a little nap. That is a bad habit we got into.
