What My Toddler Ate Today 5.7.2024

I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us.
Breakfast – 08:00am – Breakfast Burrito and Yogurt with 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk and Vitamins
I made about 20 breakfast burritos. I make them in bulk and freeze them. Aryi has started wanting to eat them when I have them, so I made him some smaller ones. They are filled with eggs, cheese, hash browns, breakfast sausage, and bacon.
Snack 1 – 09:30am – Cake ball
We went to Target and got Aryi a cake ball while we were there.
Snack 2 – 10:30am – Mango and Animal Crackers
I packed snacks for our outing.
Lunch – 12:00am – Tortellini, Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Carrots with 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Aryi loves any kind of pasta. I served tortellini with veg. He ate it up.
Snack 3 – 03:30pm – Bananas
Dinner – 06:00pm – Shrimp and Vegetable Stir Fry Over Rice and an Egg Roll with 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Aryi ate a ton of veggies today. I was so surprised at the amount of food he was able to down.
