Breakfast – 08:00am – Oatmeal and Yogurt with 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk and Vitamins
Snack 1– 09:30am – Yogurt
Lunch – 11:30am – Chicken Dip on Chips and Veggies with 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Snack 1 – 04:30pm – Tong Cho Shrimp and Fried rice with Apple Juice
Dinner – 07:00pm – Leftover Tong Cho Shrimp and Fried rice with 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
