What My Toddler Ate Today 5.17.2024

I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us. Aryi was sick for a few days. He is making up for what he did not eat now by eating SOOO much food.
Breakfast – 08:00am – Breakfast Burrito and Apple with 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk and Vitamins
Aryi loves these burritos I make. I ran out of Aryi sized ones, so I gave him half of one with an apple.
Snack 1– 09:30am – Banana and Cookie
We had more cookies. Aryi had one with a banana.
Lunch – 11:30am – Leftover Lasagna and Greenbeans with 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
More than half of what we eat is probably leftovers. There is nothing wrong with leftovers. They are just as good as the first time and help save money.
Dinner 1 – 04:30pm – Chicken nuggets, Sugar Strawberries, and a Cake Pop with Apple juice
Aryi eats 2 dinners instead of a snack on days he has soccer. He is so hungry with soccer.
Dinner 2 – 07:00pm – Chinese buffet
Saroj wanted to go out after soccer.
