What My Toddler Ate Today7.22.2024

I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us.
Breakfast – 08:00am – Eggs, Protein Waffle with Strawberry Jelly, and Fruit Salad, Milk, and Vitamin
Aryi has been asking for pancakes and strawberry jam after reading pancakes, pancakes over and over again. I did not have time for the pancakes so we went with a waffle. I made an egg for extra protein and gave him some of my fruit salad as well.
Snack 1– 10:30am – Bears and a Cake pop
Lunch – 12:30am – Pesto Pizza, Chicken, and Yogurt
I actually did not think Aryi would eat this pizza. He did. It is a kale and cashew pesto. I added chicken nuggets and yogurt for protein and fat.
Snack 2 – 03:30pm – Bar
Dinner – 06:30pm – Strawberry, Banana, Mango, and Spinach Smoothie, Avocado Toast, Sausage and Vegetables
This dinner was a mish mash of leftovers and what we had that could be made quickly.
