Lovevery Kitchen Review
February 4, 2025
I decided to buy this kitchen for my toddler for Christmas as a Santa Present. He really needed a new Kitchen. Playing Kitchen is one of his favorite types of play. His old kitchen broke into literal pieces. So, we were due for a new one. I decided on this one for a few reasons. I thought the real running water was great. We can fill his water cup, wash his hands, do water play, do kitchen play, and prep snacks. Also, the kitchen was on sale. It was a really good deal for Black Friday.
Kitchen
The Kitchen comes with a water tank for fresh water use and a waste water bin, a drying rack, a calendar, a towel, 2 hooks, a utensil set, a fruit cutting knife, and a cutting board. We have been using this kitchen basically daily for a month. These are my thoughts.
Positives:
The quality is impeccable. The wood is very nice and sturdy. The accents like the backsplash and handles are beautiful. Everything comes in the Lovevery style that is very appealing to me. I think it would fit in beautifully with pretty much any mottern home. It is so sturdy that Aryi could jump on it and it would be fine. There is so much space on the counter for tons of play. There is also tons of space in the sink. I love that the water is clean and can be used for drinking water, to wash hands, and for food prep. There is the option to add the Lovevery Play sink that recycles water instead of the freshwater tank. That does not appeal to me at all.
Negatives:
This sink needs to be sloped more. The water does not completely drain from under the dryer or from the bottom of the sink. I wipe it out almost every night. The hole is too large for the drain. It would have been much better if it was a bunch of tiny holes. The white countertop stains quite easily. I left a bag of wipes on the counter and the blue transferred to the counter.
What I wish for:
I wish that it came with more cookware or an option to buy sets of cookware and appliances. I also wish that one of the cabinets looked like an oven. These are not big things, just extra things I wish for. A paper came with the kitchen that says they are working on add ons. I am hoping for cookware and appliances.
Kitchen: $119.99
Colander $9.49
Towels $9.49
Knife/Cutting Board $11.99
Worth it?
Amazon Dupes total out to be $150.96 before taxes are added.
The Lovevery Kitchen costs $300.00.
So, was it worth it? If you look just at this cost no. The deal I got, it cost less than the dupes I believe. So, for me, Definitely! I am so glad that I bought this kitchen, and even with the $300 price tag, I think it is worth it. I thought about doing the Ikea Kitchen hack thing where you make it have running water. Realistically, that isn’t me. This is perfect for our family.
