What My 16 Month Old Ate Today 8.31.23

Milk – 06:00am – 240mL/8oz whole cow’s milk
Aryi loves milk in the morning.
Breakfast – 07:30am – ½ eggo waffle, egg bite, and sausage link
I thought I would give Aryi a waffle today. He never had one before. He loved it.
Snack 1 – 09:00am – Teething biscuit
Snack 2 – 09:30am – Cake pop from Starbucks
I went to get myself a drink from Starbucks this morning. I like to get Aryi a cake pop to treat him when I go. He only eats half of it, then says “done done”. But he says “mmmmm” after every bite.
Lunch – 11:00am – Deconstructed sushi
We like to make sushi for lunch a lot. It is super easy to make. We have a rice cooker, so all I have to do is cook some rice in the rice cooker and boil some eggs. I add half a nori sheet to the rice while it’s hot so it kind of wilts. I add some soy sauce and some spicy mayo. I also add carrots, imitation crab meat, and eggs.
When I have tofu, corn, cucumber, or a ripe avocado I will add that too, but I didn’t have those things today
Milk – 12:00pm – 240mL/8oz whole cow’s milk with vitamin
I give Aryi a bottle of milk before he goes to take his nap. It helps him get to sleep to drink some milk.
Snack 3 – 03:00pm – Grain bar
He only ate half. He hasn’t been eating a lot of anything today. He is teething.
Snack 4 – 04:30pm – Pouch
Aryi loves this one. It just tastes like Pears, but you are getting in your green veggies.
Dinner – 05:30pm – Indian Sag and Paneer with Rice and Nan, and a yogurt cup
Milk – 07:00pm – 240mL/8oz whole cow’s milk
