What My 17 Month Old Ate Today 10.2.2023

Milk – 06:00am – 120mL/4oz whole cow’s milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Oatmeal with Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
I forgot to snap a picture of this but Aryi loves oatmeal for breakfast
Snack 1 – 09:00am – Cocoa Teddy Grahams
I gave Aryi these in his little snack cup when we went to the grocery store. He ate the entire container (except the 2 that he threw on the floor that I had to pick up).
Lunch – 11:00am – Pumpkin Chipotle Spaghetti and Meatballs with Zucchini and Garlic Bread
I had made some spaghetti squash to go along with this and mix into the spaghetti, but it wasn’t ready when everything else was, and Aryi was hungry, so we will eat that with leftovers. Aryi loves meatballs. They are one of his favorites. They are a food, but also a ball!! What could be better!! I did not know how the zucchini was going to go since he has only had it mushed in other things, but he loved it. He ate everything on his plate except a few noodles he couldn’t finish.
Snack 2 – 11:30am – Pumpkin Spice Creme Filled Wafer Rolls
I gave Aryi one of these. He kind of liked them. He did not want any other.
Milk – 12:00pm – 240mL/8oz whole cow’s milk with vitamin
Snack 3 – 04:30pm – Pouch
Dinner – 06:00pm – Lentils and Veggies with Rice
Aryi’s dad cooked some Nepali food for Aryi’s dinner.
