What My 17 Month Old Ate Today 10.9.2023

Milk – 06:00am – 120mL/4oz whole cow’s milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Aryi’s usual Oatmeal with Yogert (a staple)
Milk – 08:00am – 120mL/4oz whole cow’s milk
Aryi asked for more milk so I gave him some more.
Snack 1 – 09:00am – Superfood Hearts
These taste like nothing with the texture of cheerios. Aryi loves them. He eats every single one when I give them to him. To me it is like la croix. It’s like a cheerio sat next to a strawberry and absorbed some of its smell.
Lunch – 11:00am – Nepali Potatoes and Cauliflower with Rice and Shrimp
Aryi’s dad loves to cook these Nepalese vegetables. Aryi loves to eat them. He did not cook a protein, so I threw a few cocktail shrimp in the Nepalese sauce. This is a trick I have for when we do not want to cook a protein.
Milk – 12:00pm – 240mL/8oz whole cow’s milk
Snack 2 – 04:00pmBanana
Aryi was pointing at the banana and asking for it, so I gave it to him for a snack.
Dinner – 05:30pm – Leftover pizza with avocado
I had 1 piece of pizza leftover, so I gave it to Aryi. He loves pizza. I gave him some avocado to add something healthy.
Milk – 07:00pm – 240mL/8oz whole cow’s milk
