Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Oatmeal and Yogurt
You guys are probably sick of oatmeal and yogurt, but Aryi never is. He ate it up, almost the whole bowl.
Snack 1 – 09:30am – Grain bar
Lunch – 11:00am – Lunch Kit
We were out and about, so I just packed this lunch kit with us. Aryi loves crackers and cheese, but he isn’t too big on lunch meat. He ate everything but the meat.
Milk – 12:30pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Snack 2 – 4:00pm – ½ Pouch and Pretzels
Dinner – 05:00pm – ½ Pouch, Avocado, and Meatballs
I made cocktail meatballs, with BBQ sauce and jelly. Aryi loves balls and avocado. This was a huge hit.
Milk – 07:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
