What My 18 Month Old Ate Today 10.30.2023

Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Starbucks Egg Bites
My husband and I wanted pumpkin spice chai tea lattes this morning, so we decided to get Starbucks. We thought it would be easy to just grab breakfast from there too. We got Aryi egg bites. He loves these and at least they have protein.
Snack 1 – 09:30am – Mini Alphabet Bites
I gave Aryi these in his little snack cup. It keeps him a little busy while I am grocery shopping to have a snack.
Snack 2 – 10:30am – ½ Pouch
Aryi wanted one of the pouches in my shopping cart. I keep one in my diaper bag for if Aryi needs extra snacks, so I gave him the one I already bought. He only wanted about half of it.
Milk – 11:30am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Aryi was exhausted after our busy morning, so it was milk and a nap immediately when we got home.
Lunch – 02:30pm – Spaghetti and Mixed Vegetables
Aryi loves meatballs. This is a good and easy staple for us.
Snack 3 – 4:00pm – Banana
Dinner – 05:00pm – Rice and Lentils
My husband forgot to get a picture of dinner for me when he fed Aryi, but he made lentils yesterday, so this is leftovers.
Milk – 07:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
