What My 18 Month Old Ate Today 10.31.2023

Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Leftover Starbucks Egg Bite and a Pumpkin Spice Muffin
We had a leftover Egg Bite from Yesterday. I did not think this was enough and Aryi liked my pumpkin loaf, so I made some pumpkin spice muffins for breakfast.
Snack 1 – 09:30am – Cheese its
This is one of our Classic on the go snacks. Since we go to a lot of places in the morning, I like to just plop a snack in a snack cup to keep Aryi busy and full. I also think these little snack cups that I have help with fine motor skills.
Lunch – 11:00am – Beans and Rice with Sausage and Pouch
Aryi loves rice and any legume. I made these white limas. I didn’t make any veggies, so I decided to just give Aryi a Pouch with this.
Milk – 11:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Snack 2 – 3:30pm – Grain Bar
Snack 3 – 4:30pm – Pouch
Dinner – 06:00pm – Hot Dog
We went to a trunk or treat. They were giving out hotdogs, so we each had one.
Halloween Candy – 7:30pm – KitKat
Of course, Aryi got to enjoy a piece of candy. I went through it and there wasn’t much he could actually have. I had to remove everything hard or extra chewy, and everything with peanuts. I will bring that to work and give it to my coworkers. Aryi will get to have everything safe for him to eat.
Milk – 08:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
