Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Leftover Pumpkin Spice Muffin and Pouch
Aryi keeps eating up these muffins. It wasn’t enough, so I gave him a pouch with it.
Snack 1 – 09:30am – Mini Alphabet Bites
Milk – 11:30am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Aryi was exhausted after our busy morning, so it was milk and a nap immediately when we got home.
Lunch – 01:30pm – Shrimp Pasta with Zucchini, Peas, Carrots, and Corn
Aryi loves the shrimp pasta that I make. He even eats the zucchini.
Snack 2 – 4:30pm – Mini Cheese Balls
Dada gave Aryi these cheese balls from his Halloween loot.
Dinner – 06:00pm – Dad’s Rice and Beans with Veggies
Dad made these beans and thought they needed veggies, so he gave Aryi the leftover veggies from lunch.
Milk – 07:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
