What My 18 Month Old Ate Today 11.8.2023

Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Waffle
Aryi and I were on our own today. I thought an easy breakfast was in order, so I gave him a waffle to run around with.
Snack 1 – 08:30am – Pouch
Aryi was asking to eat more, so I gave him a pouch.
Lunch – 11:30am – Lunch Kit and 1/2 Pouch
I gave Aryi lunch while we were out and about. Packing something like this lunch kit makes things super easy. Aryi loved it. He gave one of the oatmill cookies to a little girl. It was super cute. I wanted him to have some fruit and veg, so I gave him a pouch too.
Milk – 12:30pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Snack 2 – 4:30pm – Banana and teething biscuits
Aryi asked for a “Ba”, his word for banana, so I gave him one. He asked for more. I thought 2 bananas might be a little much for a 1 year old, so I gave him the teething biscuits.
Dinner – 06:00pm – Red beans and rice and ½ grain bar
I made red beans for dinner. Aryi asked for more food after eating it all. I gave him a bar.
Milk – 07:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
