What My 18 Month Old Ate Today 10.6.2023

Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Waffle and Pouch
Aryi attacked this waffle this morning. He still seemed hungry so I offered him a fruit and veggie pouch. He ate about half the pouch.
Snack 1 – 09:30am – Cake Pop
We went to target. I like to get Aryi a cake pop treat when we go to target. He loves them and they keep him busy for a while when we shop.
Snack 2 – 10:00am – Cheese its
Aryi was still snacky after his cake pop, so I gave him some cheese its.
Lunch – 11:30am – Pizza Mac and Cheese with Butternut Squash
This is one of my hacks, to add some veggies to an otherwise unhealthy meal. I got this microwave mac and cheese from Trader Joe’s for a quick lunch. I added a butternut squash puree to this pasta. You could not even taste the squash over the pasta.
Milk – 12:30pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Snack 3 – 4:30pm – Pouch and Bar
Aryi was hungry. He chugged down a pouch. I offered him a bar after that. He ate that too. He ate so much food today.
Dinner – 06:00pm – Sausage and Carrots with Hummus
I made some chicken apple maple sausage with carrots for dinner. Aryi ate the sausage and some carrots, then played in the hummus.
Milk – 07:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
