I did not weigh myself this week, but in all I have lost about 20 pounds. This is meant to be sort of a log to keep me more accountable. It is also meant as a community if someone is struggling on their weight loss journey, they can see my struggles and successes and hopefully feel motivated.

Food

   Breakfast – Starbucks Strawberry Acai Lemonade and Burrito

   Lunch – Indian 

   Dinner – Indian

Gym with Trainer (PUSH) – Stairs, Incline press machine, Triceps machine, Dumbbell decline chest flies, Dumbbell triceps extension,Lateral raises

 

11.7.2023 Tuesday

Food

   Breakfast – Starbucks Strawberry Acai Lemonade and Burrito

   Lunch – Indian

   Dinner – Veg Biryani from Trader Joe’s, 2 eggs, and apple maple sausage

Gym (LEGS glute focused) 

   Incline treadmill 5 min

   Dumbbell single leg romanian deadlifts – 25x20x1 and 35x15x1 and 45x10x1

   Kettlebell squats – 30x15x3

   Abduction Machine – 145x15x3 and 30 sec hold

   Leg curl Machine – 70x15x3

   Kickbacks – bodyweightx10x3

   Fire hydrants – bodyweightx10x3

   Abs – 100x10x3

   Seated Torso rotation – 70x8x3

 

11.8.2023 Wednesday

Food

   Breakfast – Starbucks Strawberry Acai Lemonade and Burrito

   Lunch – Monster, Taco bell fries, cheesy gordita crunch, and beefy melt burrito

   Dinner – red beans and rice

Rest day (Harry Potter Marathon Night)

   Lunch – red beans and rice

   Dinner – 3 eggs, toast and hash brown

Gym with Trainer (PULL) – Incline Treadmill, Cable Rows, Cable lat pulldown, Cable lat pushdown, Dumbbell seated hammer curl

 

11.10.2023 Friday

Food

   Breakfast – Starbucks Strawberry Acai Lemonade and Burrito

   Lunch – Broccoli and spinach tortellini with meatballs and tomato sauce

   Dinner – Red beans and rice

Gym (LEGS full leg) 

   Stairs 5 min

   Leg curl – 70x15x3

   Abduction – 150x15x4

   Adduction – 100x15x3

   Leg extension – 70x15x3

   Kettlebell squats – 30x15x3

   Seated calf extension – 100x15x3

 

11.11.2023 Saturday

Food

   Breakfast – Eggs, biscuit, hashbrown and monster

   Lunch – poptarts (the food I bought from the cafeteria at work was disgusting, I found soome

   pop tarts in my locker, this was not on purpose)

   Dinner – Chinese buffet (my husband wanted this)

   Dinner – Broccoli and spinach tortellini with meatballs and tomato sauce
