This is meant to be sort of a log to keep me more accountable. It is also meant as a community if someone is struggling on their weight loss journey, they can see my struggles and successes and hopefully feel motivated. 

 

This has been a really bad week for me.

 

11.13.2023 Monday
Food

   Breakfast – Starbucks Strawberry Acai Lemonade and Burrito

   Lunch – Broccoli and spinach tortellini with meatballs and tomato sauce

   Dinner – Homemade Breakfast burrito

Gym with Trainer (LEGS full leg) – Incline Treadmill 5 min, Leg curl, Leg extension, Sumo Deadlifts

 

11.14.2023 Tuesday

Food

   Breakfast – Homemade Breakfast burrito and Starbucks Strawberry Acai Lemonade

   Lunch – Homemade sushi

   Dinner – Homemade Breakfast Burrito

Gym (PUSH) 

   Stairs 5 min

   Incline chest press machine – 50x15x3

   Chest Flys – I really wanted to do these. Noone would get off the machine. I didn’t want to wait

   since Saroj and Aryi are at home sick.

   Triceps machine – 85x15x3

   Cable triceps – 27.5x15x3

   Lat raises – 10x10x15

   Face pulls – 27.5x15x3

 

11.15.2023 Wednesday

Food

   Breakfast – 2 Homemade Breakfast Burritos 

   Lunch –  Homemade sushi and Starbucks Strawberry Acai Lemonade

   Dinner – Veggie chicken patties

Rest day (Harry Potter Marathon Night)

 

11.16.2023 Thursday

Food

   Breakfast – Homemade Breakfast Burrito, Starbucks Pumpkin Chai Tea Latte, and Pumpkin

   Loaf

   Lunch – Chicken nuggets and fries

   Dinner – Homemade sushi

Gym with Trainer (PULL) – Incline Treadmill 5 min, Lateral pulldown, rows, pullovers, and biceps curls

 

11.17.2023 Friday

Food

   Breakfast – Homemade Breakfast Burrito and Bacon

   Lunch – Starbucks Strawberry Acai Lemonade, Taco, and Saroj’s Veggies over rice

   Dinner – Homemade Breakfast Burrito

Gym (LEGS glute focused) 

   Stairs 5 min

   Leg curl – 70x15x3

   Abduction – 160x15x3 and hold 30 seconds

   Single leg RDL – 45x10x3 20x10x1

   Kettlebell squat – 40x15x3

   

11.18.2023 Saturday

Food

   Breakfast – Eggs, Biscuit, hash brown, and monster

   Lunch – Chicken Caesar Wrap

   Dinner – Crawfish Alfredo with corn

   Lunch – Chicken Caesar Wrap

   Dinner – Tacos
