What My 19 Month Old Ate Today 12.12.2023

I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us.
Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Protein Pancake, sausage, and apple sauce pouch
Aryi loves waffles, so I thought I would get him some protein pancakes to see if he liked them. He loved it. He did not like this sausage I got. It was a new kind from Aldi. He was screaming eat at me after he finished the pancake. I gave him an apple sauce pouch. That seemed to do the trick.
Snack 1 – 10:30am – Cheese sandwich crackers
This was the first time we tried these crackers from Aldi. They were a hit.
Lunch – 12:00pm – Spaghetti and meatballs with mixed veggies
Aryi loves ball shaped foods. Spaghetti and meatballs is always a safe thing to give Aryi. He ate it up.
Milk – 01:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Snack 2 – 3:30pm – Cookie
I got some Christmas cookies at the store this week. I gave Aryi one when he woke up from his nap. He loved it.
Snack 3 – 4:30pm – Banana
Dinner – 06:00pm – Lentils with rice and a pouch
This was an easy leftover dinner.
Dessert – 6:30pm – Ice cream
Aryi has been screaming ice cream all day every day recently. I don’t know why we only get him like 2 a month off of the ice cream truck that passes. I got him some to have at the house as a little treat sometimes.
Milk – 07:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
