What My 19 Month Old Ate Today 12.8.2023

I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us.
Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Leftover egg bite and pouch
Aryi loved this yesterday, he loved it again today. Starbucks is our favorite.
Snack 1 – 10:30am – Cheese its
Aryi needed a snack in the zoo. I let him have some cheese its in his little toddler cup.
Lunch – 11:30am – Pigs in a blanket and pouch
I picked up these pigs in a blanket from Trader Joe’s for an occasion such as this. I did not read the box. You have to bake them. So, I baked them yesterday for our outing today. Aryi liked the bread but he thought the little sausages were gross. I tried one. I agree.
Milk – 01:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Snack 2 – 4:30pm – Cheese its
Aryi had alot of cheese its left so he ate that again.
Dinner – 06:00pm – Leftover chicken casserole and salmon
Aryi ate so much of this, but he picked out the broccoli.
Milk – 07:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
