What My 20 Month Old Ate 1.2.2024

I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us.
Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Protein Waffle and Yogurt
This is one of Aryi’s favorite breakfasts to have. He says “wa-full, wa-full”. He gets so excited when he sees me pull it out. Before he could say waffle, he used to call it a cookie.
Snack 1 – 09:00am – Grain bar
Lunch – 11:00am – Goulash
I wasn’t sure if Aryi would like this, but he loved it. So did I. I will leave a link to the recipe.

Milk – 12:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Snack 2 – 4:30pm – Pouch and Cookies
When I gave Aryi a pouch for a snack, he scuked it down. It seemed like he was super hungry. I gave him some cookies after hoping he would be held over til dinner with that.
Dinner – 06:00pm – Lentils with rice and corn
Dad was home and in charge of dinner. He made lentils and fed them to Aryi with rice and leftover corn.
Milk – 08:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
