I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us. I am recovering from pneumonia and my husband has Strep throat. This is the best we had in us and I’m not mad at it.
Breakfast – 08:00am – Waffle and Yogurt with 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk and Vitamins
Easiest breakfast ever. Aryi doesn’t put syrup, so it is portable.
Lunch – 11:00am – Lima beans and Shrimp, Chocolate bunny, and 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Thanks to my mom for the lima beans she came over and cooked for us.
Snack 1– 03:00pm – 2 donut holes and fruit
Snack 2– 04:30am – Fruit snacks and Bar
Dinner – 06:00pm – Pizza with 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
I popped a few pizzas in the oven. Aryi loved the spinach pizza.
