Breakfast – 08:00am – Fruit and sausage with 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk and Vitamins
Snack 1– 09:30am – Fruit snacks and Cheese its
Lunch – 11:30am – Lasagna and green beans with 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Snack 2 – 03:30pm – Cereal and dry fruit
Dinner – 06:00pm – Butter chicken and fish over rice with 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
