What My Toddler Ate Today 7.1.2024

I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us.
Breakfast – 08:00am – Omelet and Egg with Whole Cow’s Milk and Vitamin
Snack 1– 09:30am – Apple
We are starting playing preschool. The theme of the first two weeks is apples. Aryi ate one of them.
Lunch – 11:30am – Chicken, Shrimp, Potatoes, Zucchini, Corn, and Fruit (from the family meal plan cookbook volume 3 by Jordan Page)
This food was delicious and healthy. Aryi ate most of it.
Snack 2 – 03:30pm – Apple Jacks
Apple Jacks for Apple week.
Dinner – 06:30pm – BBQ Pork with Rice and Slaw (from the family meal plan cookbook volume 3 by Jordan Page), an Apple, and a Cookie for Dessert
Aryi saw apples on the table and wanted another. He has been obsessed.
