Last week’s toys and books:
Last week’s toys were a total hit. The theme was eggs based on our preschool week. We will be continuing this theme and leaving out all the toys. I will, however, be bringing in more toys that I think will fill out the theme a little more for the upcoming week.
This week’s toys and books:
I rearranged the living room . . . again. I wanted to show you guys what I did. I will skip the toys that were out last week. You can click the link below to read about those. Here are the rest:
Dinosaur books – I wanted to add to the dinosaurs that are out. I pulled these books to add.
Dinosaurs – I wanted to add to the dinosaurs that are out. I pulled these toys to add.
Dino Yoga (Knowledge Crate) – This came in our Dino crate from Knowledge Crate. I wanted to put it out with the other dino things. Aryi loves these movement activities.
Fall Yoga (Knowledge Crate) – Fall is coming and Aryi loves these yoga sheets, So I pulled this out.
Weather tracing matts (Knowledge Crate) – We have been talking about weather lately. This will add to that.
Weather songs and fingerplays (Knowledge Crate) – We have been talking about weather lately. This will add to that.
Tracing practice (Knowledge Crate) – Aryi loves to trace, I thought I would make these shapes available for tracing.
Songs (playing preschool) – I put out our old songs. Aryi loves to sing. I thought that would help foster his love of music.
Kitchen – I wanted to move this back in the living room since we have room now.
Easter egg sensory bin – This goes with all the eggs.
Dinosaur sensory bin (Knowledge Crate) – This came in our Dino crate from Knowledge Crate. I wanted to put it out with the other dino things.
Weather playdough bin (Knowledge Crate) – This goes along with our weather learning.
Homeschool Cart:
We have just been having our playing preschool stuff on the counter. This no longer works for us. It is becoming a mess. I got a cart. The top shelf contains all of our playing preschool stuff. The second shelf has the things that used to be in our craft basket: coloring books, water color books, stickers, flashcards, and library take home crafts. The last shelf has all of our books and toys that were in our alphabet and number baskets.
