Halloween Basket and Sensory Bin 2024
October 8, 2024
I know I usually go crazy every holiday. I decided to go a little lighter for halloween this year. We have a few leftover crafts to carry over.
I pulled out the Halloween books we already have. ‘If Animals Trick-or-Tricked’, ‘The Goodnight Train Halloween’, and ‘Tiny T. Rex and the Tricks of Treating’. We love all of these series and have multiple books in them. I recommend them all, especially the goodnight train series.
I got everything in this basket from the Target dollar spot. The basket is recycled from last year. I got him this cute eyeball cup. I thought it was fun. I found these light up cars. There were alien glasses that lite up. The last thing I found was halloween bubbles. This is a more simple basket for us, but it will be tons of fun.
The one more expensive thing that I found and bought was this set of Harry Potter little people. We do a Harry Potter Marathon every fall. I thought these would be fun because Aryi loves all of the little dolls he has.
I made a sensory bin with leftover rice and a cauldron from previous holidays. I had the pom poms, eyeballs, and spiders. I got skulls and bones from the dollar tree. The last thing I got was the pumpkin pasta. I got that from Trader Joes. I now wish I had painted them white or black looking at the picture. Maybe I will paint faces on them with Aryi.
This shows baskets and holidays don’t have to be expensive to be fun. Comment below what is in your kid’s Halloween Basket.
