What is in My Toddler Bag?
October 1, 2024
What’s in My Toddler Bag? Mom of a 2 year old.
It is time to downsize the diaper bag. No more diapers!!! Whoohoo! At least hopefully. It is time to downsize. We definitely no longer need room for milk. I found most of the hygiene items unnecessary thus far. As long as we have wipes, it has been fine to have extra items in the car.
Aryi’s Things
Wipes – I love water wipes because I can use them anywhere.
Benadryl/Zertec – Aryi has gotten hives a few times so I like to keep these handy.
Ibuprofen/Tylenol – Mainly for a bad teething day.
Oral Syringes – These are for administering Benadryl or Ibuprofen/Tylenol.
Eye drops (tears) – One time we were at the zoo and Aryi got sunscreen in his eyes. I wish I had something like this, but I didn’t, so I had to try to help him with some water from a water bottle and a towel on his eyes. I always have eye drops now.
Bandages/Neosporin/Alcohol pad first aid kit – Since Aryi has grown he has been having more scraped knees.
Sunscreen – I like to keep this for outdoor activities.
Umbrella – This is for rainy days.
2 Extra Outfits and a Wet Bag – Extra outfits are great for a messy activity, accident, or surprise water play.
Snack and water – Aryi always needs snacks.
My Things
Hand sanitizer
Feminine products

Any other purse like things I might need
I don’t carry nearly as much anymore, so I finally get to use my nice bag again. That is very exciting. It is a lot smaller and easier to carry. I really needed that since we are doing a lot less stroller these days.
