Knowledge Crate Review 7: Halloween Busy Bin 2024

October 15, 2024

Disclaimer

This Knowledge crate is supposed to be for children who are preschool aged, meaning 3+. Aryi is now 2 and a half as I write this. I thought I would get it anyway. Aryi loves a good sensory bin and we have several of these. I usually always find everything Knowledge Crate sells to be a great deal.

Busy Bin

I thought this bin was very cute when I saw it. I wanted to buy it instantly. I love the Halloween colors, the cute spooky charms, and all of the potion bottles. We recently went to a party where the kids made potions and I thought this could be a great bin for Aryi. The one thing I think they could do to make it better is to add in some potion cards that have a potion and a list of ingredients for your little witch or wizard to mix up.

Worth it?

Is the bin worth it? Yes. Based on price alone, absolutely yes. It is 5 times cheaper to buy this crate than to recreate it. It is also worth it in play. These bins keep Aryi busy for a good 30-60 minutes every time I pull them out. They are gorgeous, and in general sensory bins are great for children.
