What My 17 Month Old Ate Today 9.18.2023

This is just what works for us. This is not the healthiest, most well rounded day. This is a day we were out all day and spent a lot of time outside.
Milk – 06:00am – 240mL/8oz whole cow’s milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Waffles and sausage
Aryi loves waffles. He likes to hold the whole thing and take little bites.
Snack 1 – 10:00am – Pouch
Aryi had a pouch from Trader Joe’s for a snack. I wanted him to stay hydrated since we were outside all day, so I got him water from Starbucks since he thinks it is special.
Lunch – 12:00pm – Lunchable
Aryi usually only eats half a lunchable. That is what he ate. I saved the rest for later.
Milk – 01:00pm – 240mL/8oz whole cow’s milk with vitamin
Snack 2 – 04:00pm – Banana
Dinner – 05:30pm – Leftover Lunchable and Pouch
Aryi ate the rest of his lunchable for dinner. He was still a little hungry so he had a spinach, pear, and pea pouch.
Milk – 07:00pm – 240mL/8oz whole cow’s milk
