What My 19 Month Old Ate Today 11.14.2023

Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Oatmeal with yogurt
This is a staple for us.
Snack 1 – 8:30am – Pouch
Aryi was super hungry today. He asked for a snack.
Snack 2 – 10:30am – Animal Crackers
Aryi asked for yet another snack.
Lunch – 11:30am – Homemade sushi bowl
I made sushi bowls for lunch. Aryi loves these. I put rice, nori, imitation crab, corn, carrots, and edamame. I put soy sauce and sriracha mayo on top.
Milk – 12:30pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Aryi did not drink this milk. He just fell asleep.
Snack 3 – 4:30pm – Pouch
Aryi wanted a snack when he woke up. Since he did not drink his milk, I went for a pouch that had greek yogurt in it.
Dinner – 06:00pm – Coconut curry shrimp
Aryi had leftover coconut curry shrimp with peas and carrots and rice again for dinner.
Milk – 07:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
