Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Waffle, Bacon, and Apple sauce pouch
This was a hectic morning. When we have crazy mornings like this, I like to give Aryi something he can run around with. I gave him a waffle. My husband wanted to cook bacon, so I gave Aryi a piece of that. I thought Aryi might still be a little hungry after this, so I gave him an applesauce pouch.
Snack 1 – 8:30am – Cheese its
Aryi needed a snack while riding around in the park. I gave him some cheese its in his snack cup.
Lunch – 11:30am – Grilled taco and avocado
I made tacos. To make this easier for Aryi to eat, I folded over the meat and cheese taco and grilled it shut on our George Foreman. Aryi loves avocados, and I thought he needed a side, so I gave him an avocado to eat with it. It was so funny, Aryi was trying to say Avocado and Taco.
Milk – 12:30pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Snack 2 – 4:30pm – Fruit and yogurt dip
I cut up some fruit and mixed it with some greek yogurt and a little bit of sugar. This is delicious.
Dinner – 06:00pm – Chicken fries and Saroj’s veggies over rice
My husband made some potatoes, peas, and broccoli. He eats this over rice. To add in a protein source, I told him to just add some chicken fries next to it. He did not get a picture.
