This is meant to be sort of a log to keep me more accountable. It is also meant as a community if someone is struggling on their weight loss journey, they can see my struggles and successes and hopefully feel motivated.
Looking back on this week, and wow, this was bad. This was like a break week for us though. This was Thanksgiving week. I will start fresh this coming week and do better.

Food
Breakfast – Starbucks Strawberry Acai Lemonade, breakfast sandwich, and cake pop
Lunch – Homemade Tacos
Dinner – Trader Joe’s Orange chicken, mixed veggies, white rice, and gyoza
Gym with Trainer (LEGS) – leg curl machine, leg extension machine, RDLs, cable RDLs, and adduction machine
We discussed doing light weight and low reps and breaking for the Thanksgiving Holiday to come back strong next week.
