What My 19 Month Old Ate Today 11.20.2023

Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Muffin and pouch
I made some muffins this morning. Aryi scarfed the muffin down. I gave him a pouch to help fill him up some more.
Snack 1 – 8:30am – Cheese its
We went shopping. I gave Aryi some cheese to enjoy during our trip.
Lunch – 11:30am – Quesadilla and fruit salad
I made shrimp quesadillas for lunch today. I cut Aryi’s into strips so it was easier to eat and made him a little fruit salad with apples, grapes, honeydew, cantaloupe, yogurt, and a little sugar.
Milk – 12:30pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Snack 2 – 4:30pm – Pouch
Dinner – 06:00pm – Trader Joe’s Orange Chicken with white rice, broccoli mixed vegetables, and vegetable gyoza
Trader Joe’s is great for quick meals like this.
Milk – 07:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
