What My 19 Month Old Ate Today 11.21.2023

I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us.
Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Pancakes
Dada made pancakes this morning. He has been wanting to make these lately and this morning he let me sleep in and made them.
Snack 1 – 8:30am – Animal Crackers
Aryi was very cranky this morning. I thought he was probably hangry and hadn’t been able to identify that yet. That happens sometimes. He sucked these down.
Milk – 10:30am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Aryi was cranky and teething. I thought maybe I should put him down for his nap early. He drank his milk and passed out in like 5 minutes.
Lunch – 12:30pm – Leftover Shrimp Quesadilla and a banana
Aryi was starving when he woke up. He ate leftovers. I was going to give him an avocado with this Quesadilla, but we only had a bad one, so I went with a banana.
Snack 2 – 4:30pm – Pouch
Dinner – 06:00pm – Gerber Mealtime
Today has been Rough! I was going to make lazy chicken parm with chicken fingers, pasta, pasta sauce, and some parmesan on top. That never happened. I have a small stash of these Gerber meals for days like today.
Milk – 07:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
