What My 19 Month Old Ate Today 11.27.2023

I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us.
Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Waffle
This morning was crazy, we were running around. I was trying to pick up the house from the weekend. I just gave Aryi a waffle to run around with. This has become kind of a go to run around breakfast when we are super busy.
Snack 1 – 9:30am – Apple sauce and Animal Crackers
Aryi was hungry and needed a snack so I gave him some apple sauce. He wanted more snacks so I gave him some animal crackers.
Lunch – 11:30am – Chicken fingers, carrots, and half a croissant
Aryi was asking for chicken fingers in the store, so I gave him some for lunch. I served them with half a croissant. I bought these because they were half off since the best by date was today. I also gave him some carrots. I put some vinegar and sugar on them and microwaved them for like 30 seconds.
Milk – 12:30pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Snack 2 – 4:30pm – Pouch and Bar
Dinner – 06:00pm – Lentils and rice
Aryi’s dad gave him some lentils and rice for dinner.
Milk – 07:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
