What My 19 Month Old Ate Today 11.28.23

I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us.
Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Egg bite, half croissant, and chocolate milk
I made egg bites for Aryi. This is one of the only types of eggs he will eat, sometimes. He ate a little of it today.
Snack 1 – 9:30am – Pouch
I offered Aryi a pouch and he ate it really quickly telling me “done done” with only a drop left.
Snack 2 – 10:30am – Cheese its
This is Aryi’s favorite snack.
Lunch – 11:30am – Enchilada, corn, and carrots
I only gave Aryi like half an enchilada. I did not know if he would eat it. He ate some of it. He really loves corn though. He ate so much corn.
Milk – 12:30pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Snack 3 – 4:30pm – Banana and Animal crackers
Aryi asked for a “bah”, a banana. I gave him one of those. He told his dad cookies and his dad gave him animal crackers when I wasn’t looking.
Dinner – 06:00pm – Lentils and rice
Aryi had leftover lentils for dinner while we watched Harry Potter.
Snack 4 – 6:30pm – Whipped Cream
At Thanksgiving Aryi had whipped cream for the first time. He thought it was ice cream and he loved it. We had a little bit left, so I gave Ayi some.
Milk – 07:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
