What My 19 Month Old Ate Today 11.29.2023

I am not a nutritionist or an expert in nutrition in any way. I am just a mom sharing what my son ate on this day. This is not a meal plan or a guide for anyone else. This is just what works for us.
Milk – 06:00am – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk
Breakfast – 07:30am – Egg bite and Parotta
Parottas are really good. They are almost like a tortilla. Aryi really enjoyed having one for breakfast.
Snack 1 – 9:30am – Pouch
Aryi had a pouch while we read some books.
Snack 2 – 10:30am – Animal crackers
We went to the zoo, so obviously we needed animal crackers.
Lunch – 11:30am – Lunchable and ½ pouch
Milk – 12:30pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water with Vitamins
Aryi drank like none of his milk today. Instead he dripped the entire bottle down his face and all over his body in the car while I drove along unsuspecting.
Snack 3 – 4:30pm – Banana and Bar
Aryi was so hungry when he woke up from his nap. He did so much at the zoo. He actually got out of the stroller and walked for a really long time. This lead to a long nap and a hungry baby.
Dinner – 06:00pm – Leftover enchiladas and corn
Milk – 07:00pm – 180mL/6oz Whole Cow’s Milk with 2 oz Water
