Easy Shrimp Fried Rice

** Fried rice is such a versatile dish. You can pretty much add in whatever protein or vegetable and you have a meal you know you will enjoy. 

 

Ingredients

2 lbs shrimp (or other protein of choice)

3 cups rice

Olive oil

Onion

Green onion

Salt

Pepper

Garlic powder

Mixed vegetables

Soy sauce

 

Instructions

1. Warm olive oil at medium heat. Fry shrimp until fully cooked. When cooked, remove from the pan. 

2. Warm more olive oil at medium heat. Fry onion until clear. 

3. Add in green onion and mixed vegetables. Fry until cooked to your liking. 

4. Add in salt, pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, and rice. Fry until rice is cooked to your liking and everything is fully combined.
